There is this dude I like. I know he likes me back but this girl who lives next to me likes him too. They're always playing around but they don't go out. His friends told me that he wants one thing from her but he doesn't really like her. Should I still speak to him?

I know you like him and he sounds like he's fun. But if he can actively use a person that he likes just for sex, he is BIG TROUBLE. Someone who can use someone else is someone who can lie to someone else and hurt someone else as long as it pleases him. Right now it's about using for sex. Next week it could be cheating for sex. After that it could be lying about something else more serious.

While it might be fun to be his friend, I would stay away from anything more serious. There are lots of guys out there who would be great fun to be with who will also treat you like a person. Believe me, you don't want to be used. It feels incredibly bad and can hurt you for years and years.
