after giving some space
Visitor's Question from a 16-20 year old Male
My girlfriend, of same school as i and of same age, broke up wid me about 5 months ago for some reasons which i dont know exactly. I tried a lot, begged, cried initialy but it was a turn off. She dint tak with me, dint even reply to my hundreds of text msgs. Then i gave her space and went for a no contact period for about 3 months. Last week i resumed contact with her. Now we talk and text each other limitedly(for a very short period of time).
Now, i want to know how should i proceed and plan to get her back in my life, as now i've given her enough space and time, got in contact again, want her back and dont want to make any mistake this time.
The only thing you can do in this case is let her set the pace. The ball is pretty much in her court. Try to suggest doing fun things together, but be prepared for her to not be receptive to anything. Or - who knows - she might have had her 'space' and is ready for more together time!
The key is to take it slowly and let her take the lead, for the most part. Test the waters, but do not push. :)
