Female Friend Asking Odd Questions

Visitor's Question from a 16-20 year old Male
I'm a guy. My female friend asked me if i'm dating anyone. I told her no. Then i asked her and she said no and I asked her why not she said it was complicated.

A few minutes later she asked if we were good friends and if I would ever get mad at her and stop talking to her. I told her we were good friends and that i wouldn't just stop talking to her.

So now I don't know if she wants to start dating me or another guy, what do you think?

Definitely the girl has some sorts of relationship-related thoughts mulling around in her brain. She is being incredibly vague so she's nervous about discussing them. It's a very good sign that she's broaching the waters with you, and you're doing wonderfully in encouraging her. The more that you can show her that you're trustworthy and there for her, the more she'll feel comfortable in revealing more to you.

Be patient and give it time. Keep showing her that you're friendly and open to talk without judgement. Maybe share little bits of your life to show her you are open to talking about things. When she feels comfortable enough, she'll tell you what's on her mind.
