A few people say he does, but I just don't believe it
Visitor's Question from a 13-15 year old Female
We both have a good mutual friend who's trying to get us together. I occasionally catch him looking at me. Recently I told him that our friend is trying to get us together and that a few people thought that we'd be a really good couple. He asked me what I thought of our friend trying to get us together, and I said that I thought she was being slightly insane (I know, wrong thing to say). Then I asked him what he thought about it and he said that he didn't really know because we don't know each other all that well. So we started really talking and told each other a bunch of stuff about ourselves. What's really bothering me is why he asked me what I thought about us being together, does that mean there's a possibility that he likes me? And did I totally blow it when I said that I thought our friend was being kind of insane?
The reason he asked you what you thought about is because he didn't want to tell you how he felt until you told him how you felt. Telling him that you thought it was an insane idea wasn't the best response, but is it what you really feel? If it's not, then go back to him and tell him that maybe you spoke too quickly, and before you got to know him better. Ask him if HE thinks it's an insane idea, because now you don't...good luck..
