Well, I have been with my girlfriend for a while now, and we decided last night to talk about fantasies and things we'd like to do to each other. Well we did and she told me a fetish of hers is being treated like a doll. I already do that in a way by choosing what she wears but in an intimate perspective how could I fulfill that fetish for her?

In a general way, you could start calling her by a nickname of "Doll" or "Dollie." Like instead of "How are you doing, Honey?" say "How are you doing, Doll?" Try it out and then ask her if she likes it or whether she only wants to be treated like a doll in intimate situations.
In intimate situations definitely do a lot of talking and use the word doll or dollie. Without talking you can't really make her feel like a doll. Do things like brush her hair and put hair ribbons in her hair or make ponytails. Be very particular about how you want her to look just right.
Depending on how intimate you are, pay close attention to how she is dressed and re-arrange the clothing pretending it is messed up... all the while talking to her as a doll. Take off and put back on articles of clothing until you say she looks perfect. If she wants to talk like a doll then ask her questions as you do all this.
Dolls aren't known for engaging in intimate behavior so you will have to say "Dollie, I'm going to kiss you now to show you how good you are." Always praise her as being so good. Dolls are by their nature passive so it is difficult to say how your girlfriend will react to the idea of making her own moves. Maybe she likes the idea of a "naughty" dollie... try to find out.
