My best friend is confused about who he likes

Visitor's Question from a 16-20 year old Female
So, I like my best guy friend. It wasn't a sudden thing, it just happened slowly, and I finally admited to liking him, and I told him. And so we started hanging out like WAY more than usual, and we would cuddle and it was fun, nothing more than cuddling though because we aren't dating. The reason we arent is because he likes this other girl, lets call her Lila. Lila is this girl thats younger than him and he's liked her since before he knew me (we've known eachother for 9 months) but now he likes me too and is confused. I however, like him back where she doesnt but he is so optimistic that she will like him back! He said that we need to stop cuddling because it would be unfair to her. I need to know what to do to make him see that I'm the right one for him!

RomanceClass.com Advice
Since he likes you and you hang out a lot it is ok to cuddle. It wouldn't be fair to you if he won't cuddle just because he also likes another girl. If the other girl starts to like him and wants to cuddle with him then he should make a choice but until that happens he should give you the majority of his attention.

If you keep cuddling, he will soon see that you are the right one for him because that is the way nature works.

Good luck! George
