jealous over friend

hello my name is Nico me and my girl have been together for 1 year but im jealous over my best friend he seems to text my girl every once in a while which makes me jealous because he seems to give her little great compliments and she would tell me like nico why you dont tell me things like that which makes me feel less of a man to her and i get jealous when she mentions his name beacause i only want her for myself she tells me she only wants one man which is me and im still a little jealous over him. and also its a long distance relationship do i have anything to worry about.
