Visitor's Question from a 21-30 year old Male
Well that advice i did go by, i am not sure if mentioned that i have been working on it for a while and i can say that it has improved, and it has nothing to do with my family, its a reaction i got after a car accident when my body refused to admit that its in pain, according to my psychologist. i am not annoyed at all be her friend, but her friend was annoyed by me... im just confused as to what should i do now, that i know that my temper has improved...

Quite frankly, I am not sure what to say.

You have a psychologist, why not ask him/her and good an informed opinion.

Good luck! George
