Do u think I should stay or go?

My husband has a problem everyday he is on the phone with a guy friend his. I hate his dirty, filthy friend, he puts him before me every time. Everyday they are on the phone talking for hours upon hours, not one day does he miss talking to this guy friend of his. It's like I don't make him happy, only when he talks to his friend on the phone that is when he looks so happy. Not only that, I have two kids whom he does not help me with. It's like this man has no use in my life. I have to do everything myself anyway. I keep telling him to leave but he refuses because I am helping him to get his landed. So now I am stuck with a useless man and two kids. I want to know what you think I should do, please. I am feeling really helpless and depressed. Please help me.

Give him one final chance to change, but don't expect much from him.
Tell him if he doesn't change, you will seek professional counseling for you and him. If he won't go or isn't cooperative, then tell him you are going to divorce him.
You and your children deserve better than what you are getting.
Don't put this off.
