bestfriends girl..

Visitor's Question from a 13-15 year old Male
well i think the title says it all, first of all im 15 and i've been outa "the game" for a bit lately because of football, hard to believe i know. but there is this one girl i really really like. the only thing that sucks is well, its my bestfriends girl.... The girl i like, we met about 3 years ago and have been friends ever since, i feel like i get closer and closer to her everyday, sometimes she leads me on by playing with my hair, or telling me she can trust me with anything and etc. now i know most girls probly do this, but it seems like we share some sort of special relationship. it seems like im probly asking for trouble, first of all because im not sure how she feels, second of all, lol it my bestfriend of like 10 years girlfriend. so im confused and a little unsure of what to do, Thanks

This is trouble looking for a place to happen.

You don't want to lose your best friend of 10 years over a girl. Girls come and go, but good friends last for a long, long time unless you screw up.

Even if they split up, be very careful to ask him if it is ok for you to date her. If he is the one who wanted to break up then he probably won't mind, but if she started the break up then he probably will mind.

It isn't unusual for a guy to fall for the girlfriend of a best friend since you probably share some parts of your personalities and you are around them a lot.

Good luck! George
