How to be part of the conversation and topics to talk about.

Visitor's Question from a 16-20 year old Male
I am a fairly shy person, in particular around people I don't really know. I usually let people talk over me. Do you have any advice on how I can get her alone or be included in the conversation? Also, I have trouble thinking on the spot with girls I like because I get flustered. Do you have any topics you would suggest that are fairly safe?
Thanks a lot

RomanceClass.com Advice
Focus on getting her alone. You are not ready for group conversation. Ask her for her number or email or whatever and make a date for dinner alone.

Once alone there are thousands of topics to discuss. Here are some safe ones:
weather, family, pets, childhood, vacations taken, vacations planned or wanted, music, school, friends, special school projects, school activities (clubs, sports, etc), reading, internet, TV, movies, future plans, and anything else that comes up.

Good luck! George
