Sick in the stomach after a make out session

My boyfriend and I like to French kiss a lot, like for an hour or so. I noticed that after we make out every time, I get a stomach ache, kind of like a nauseous feeling. I told him and he responded with the same answer. Why is that? Does it have to do with our saliva?

I did some research on the web and didn't find a good answer.

The first thing I would try is to make sure you are not making out on an empty stomach. You are right about the saliva... when it goes into your stomach, and the stomach is empty you could feel nauseous.

There is also the worry of meningitis. Symptoms of the disease include headaches, fevers, a stiff neck, nausea and sleepiness. This is unlikely to be the answer to your question, but if you have all the symptoms you should consult a health care professional.

Perhaps someone out there reading this has a better answer.
