She still wants to be with me, yet....

Visitor's Question from a 16-20 year old Male
Last night my girlfriend wouldn't talk to me much (we were in a group and she talked to everyone but me), and when it was time for her to leave she asked me to go and talk with her. She asks me if I noticed her being stand offish. She said that she loves how our relationship is going, and she is crazy about me. Yet, she says God came to her and told her she shouldn't be in a relationship right now...

This is bullcrap of course.. (I beleive God doesn't speak directly anymore, but through the Bible, but that's besides the point) so I don't know whats going on. I wanted to say something but she was crying. She told me to talk to her a lot still because she loves talking to me. How do I let her see that she should come back?

We were outside for like 10 minutes her just hugging me crying. I kept saying I understood (stupid words to calm her down...). I just have no clue what to do...

RomanceClass.com Advice
Remind her that God can see when things are different and it is time for her to start a relationship again. Ask her to listen hard for that message.

Meanwhile remain her best friend and hope for the best. If she never comes around, you will need to start looking for a new girlfriend.

Good luck! George
