I messed up and i want her back p2

Ok i'm sorry i don't know if i'm allowed to post another question so soon but i'm a little confused on what to do now.

Recently my ex has been texting me asking how PEOPLE/PETS around me are doing like my mum and sis and my cats, but just not asking about me. I replied her what she wanted to know and asked about how she's doing, she replied what i wanted to know but nothing else more. The conversations always end up with Alright, take care.

Is she missing me? Or is she really just missing the people/pets around me? Am i being too pushy if i keep asking about her life? it kind of kills me to feel that she doesn't care about me. I know i need to be strong, but she was a big part of my life too.

She cares about you but perhaps not romantically. Friendship seems more likely where she is coming from.

Continue to be her friend... it may lead to something.

On the other hand perhaps you should let her go in an easy manner.
