Still wondering..

Visitor's Question from a 16-20 year old Female
I know those emails say not to reply during the same week but this weekend is approaching and I still need help. In my previous question I asked about romantic things to do. Well me and my boyfriend compromised and we are going to go for a long walk around his neighborhood and i'm going to suprise him and walk to this park by his house. I totally forgot there was a park just down the street so it makes things a whole lot easier. But I'm still confused about what to do. He doesn't like football and he isn't into playing frissbee.. He's more laidback. He's a pretty heavy metal rocker guy and i'm a pretty heavy metal rocker chick so the idea of fun is kinda different. But for me when it comes to romance i'm just as girly as every other girl out there. I want us to do something really special. I got him to aggree to going for a walk under the moonlight but I still don't quite know what else to do... I'm still searching for help. If you could give me suggestions that would be great. Thank you!

Well it's great that you found a park nearby.

Romantic things aren't that easy to think of. Holding hands while you walk would be nice or him putting his arm around you but it's sort of hard to walk that way.

Here's a sort of lame idea but may be fun: when you start walking play a word game where one person says a word like BEAR and then he takes the last letter and makes a word starting with the last letter like RABBIT, then TROUT, then
TOOTH (it doesn't have to be animals all the time). Maybe this will get you two laughing and give a happy feeling.

Next talk about what kind of car you would like to have someday and where you would like to drive it. Choose a fancy car and someplace like Hawaii. Or talk about where you'd like to travel too (of course, he is a stick-in-the-mud so he may not want to travel).

When you are in the park, hug and kiss and when you are both feeling good, then ask him to dance with you for just a while. Don't feel too bad if he won't do it because he is sort of shy.

I guess these ideas aren't that great, but that's the best I can do. Hope you have fun.

Good luck! George
