how do I get him back?

Visitor's Question from a 13-15 year old Female
(ALL NAMES HAVE BEEN CHANGED) Okay, so me and my boyfriend Sam were going out for 2 months. We started out super close, we texted like 100 times a day and called each other 24/7. We said "I Love You", but we only kissed on the cheek. Well, slowly but surely the texts decreased and we talked less and less. Well, we broke up a week ago. 2 days later after school he called and said "I am soo sorry that Brad was being mean to you" and I was like "its fine" and we talked for a bit. Then the next day the class we had together went and saw a special speaker and it was an 1.5 hours and he sat right next to me. When he got up, his friend Taylor was like "cassidy do u still like sam?" and im like "yea...." and hes like "k." so then we talked a lot, and we've been texting. I want him back so bad, and he's sort of acting like he likes me. He told my friend Ari that he wants a break from dating, and he felt like we werent that close anymore. How do I get him to like me, and is there something we can be w/out being bf/gf but still like each other?

There is something you can be besides boyfriend/girlfriend but still like each other... it's call best friends.

Work very hard at being his best friend and my guess is that before long you will be bf/gf again.

Good luck! George
