i realy like this girl but when i'm around her sometimes i don't know what to say and it feels kinda akward cause i wanna talk to but i just don't knwo what to say

First you develop a strong connection by always looking her in the eyes, speaking in a clear voice, and say "Hi" plus her name. That's the most important thing.
Once start talking you need to have some topics in mind like school, sports, school activities, family, friends, pets, movies, music, cars. Practice talking in the mirror so you get used to it. Even write down a topic and questions to ask her. For example, pets: do you have pets, what are their names, how old are they, where did you get them from, are they good eaters, where do they sleep at night, do they have favorite activities, etc.
If you are interested in the other person and if you are willing to share your feelings, you should have no problem with talking.
