I need a way in

Visitor's Question from a 16-20 year old Female
Dear Romanceclass,

I just added this guy on my facebook. He is in college now, but he went to the same highschool I did last year. He doesn't really know me and I have only talked to him once in the school's library when I needed help with my computer. We have a few friends in common and I would like to get to know him. One of my friends talks to him sometimes and knows I want to meet him. So my question is how do I talk to him without it being weird. Or should I just wait till I run into him some place.
