She wants me to prove my love how do i do that

Visitor's Question from a 16-20 year old Male
I am a 20 year old male. My girlfriend and I were having problems. She wasn't communicating her issues with me. I know that she has communication problems but she wasn't even talking to me at all. I felt like I didn't even exist. So I made a mistake. I went online and talked to other girls. I made up lies to these girls and talked dirty to them. My girlfriend read all of the conversations I had with these girls. She said that I made her feel useless and worthless and plumetted her self esteem. I love her so much and I know that I made a huge mistake. Now she doesn't trust me anymore and she also said that because when she was cutting me down I wasn't fighting it I didn't even want to read it and when I talked to her for the first time after this happened I didn't fight for her. I do not want to lose her. I want to know how I can win her trust back? And also How do I prove to her that I love her? She says that she can't believe the words I say because after all of this my words mean nothing. Please Help Me!

As you know, trust is the key to a relationship.

To get back on track, communications is key. Listen to what she is telling you and discuss it and try to meet her needs. That will be a start towards renewed trust.
