I'm Jealous and Argumentative

I am a very jealous person, and I constantly want to argue with my boyfriend. How can i keep myself from being so jealous? and how do i keep from arguing with my boyfriend?

it can EASILY destroy your relationship so don't just ignore it. You must take active steps to stamp it out before it takes over your life and destroys what you have with him.

As far as arguing goes, you have complete control over what you say. Yes it takes self restraint but just *close your mouth* and do not say it. Go outside and talk a walk.
