Staring?

Visitor's Question from a 13-15 year old Female
There's a boy at my school that I like, and he stares at me often, even sometimes when he's nearby he'll just stare. One day his friend came up to me while my friend and I were walking to class and he kind of played around with me by blocking my path whenever I tried to move past him. It made me laugh, but I wasn't too sure why he did it [I don't even know him].
Do you know if this is because he's interested in me? Or are he and his friends just fooling around?
