Not sure of her feelings or intentions

I have been seeing a girl for a little over two months and I really like her. Throughout the relationship, though, I have been unable to determine what her true feelings are for me. We spend time together frequently and sometimes it's great but other times she seems to be short with me and will snap at me at times. Intimacy seems to play only a small role at this point. sometimes when I initiate romance, she seems disintersted. Last week I took her out for a VERY nice dinner and i don't even remember her saying thank you and I didn't get so much as a kiss goodnight, although she stayed with me. I am very good to her and always let her know that I really like her. She has never really told me how she feels so I am just really confused. She stays in touch with text messages and such but I just get the feeling that she is settling. any advice?

It certainly does sound like she is settling.
My advice is to have a gentle talk with her explaining how you don't understand how she feels. If she doesn't give you some hope, the you should stop communicating with her and find out if she tries to contact you.
