Does she like me?

Visitor's Question from a 13-15 year old Male
I know this question is similar to another one, but it is a little different type situation.

There's this girl that's one of my best friends. I'm not sure if she likes me and if I should ask her out. We hug whenever we see each other and those aren't just the quick hugs, they are normally tighter squeezing type hugs. We talk whenever we can and it seems dumb but I'm one of her higher TopFriends on Facebook (dumb detail I know). I'm not the only guy she hugs though. I'm the only one I see that she hugs a lot, but she hugs other guys. We talk a lot and she smiles and makes eye contact whenever we pass etc...

I don't know what to make of this. Are these just good friendly actions or does she like me?
