he knows i like him

Visitor's Question from a 13-15 year old Female
there's this guy a grade older than me that i really like and i told him i did. he didn't exactly reject me or say yuck or anything, but he hasn't said he DOES like me back, either. we still talk sometimes, and i catch him staring at me, but i think maybe he's just staring at me because he knows i like him. how can i ask him if he likes me without sounding like some creepy person who's like obsessed? also, even if he doesn't like me, i still want to be friends. HELP PLEASE! thanks

First try to become better friends with him.

As you grow to know each other, your mutual attraction will increase. Then when you feel the time is right, you can tell him that you are "developing feelings" for him.

This allows him to confess having similar feelings, or not replying which gives you the message. In either case you can continue to be friends.
