How do I forgive him for cheating?

Visitor's Question from a 21-30 year old Female
My boyfriend and I have been together for the past yeah and a half. When we first started dating it moved along very slow and we were both confused. Then after about 6 months we decided that we were serious and committed. Not long after deciding that I found him cheating on me. I was heart broken. Since then he always claims that nothing has happened since and how he knows why I worry so much. I cannot get over what he did to me and I can not trust him around any other women now. He is very secretive about his phone or just even his daily activities. Maybe I am just paranoid, but is there any hope for this relationship. I feel like everyday this is all I can think about...where is he, who is he with, who has he talked to, is he really where he says he is, will i ever be enough for him?
