At the place I work, there is a woman who I'm really interested in. I think she's really beautiful, and I think she's a great person too, but I'm really confused.
When she arrived I smiled at her, and she just went red, and when I introduced myself to her, then told her a story about my first day there, she was looking right into my eyes, as if there was nothing else in the world that mattered.
She's always staring at me, and when I look back, she goes bright red and looks away. She doesn't speak to anybody a lot, but when she does speak to me she falls over her words and I have to strain to hear her, but I have heard her in other situations, and she speak fine when she's not around me.
Everytime we're near eachother, I can feel this sort of... electricty... between us, you know as if we have this amazing physical connection.
Since she's been here, which is just over a year, I have realised that she is the shiest person i've ever known, but her friend helped her to ask me out for coffee, so I agreed, and we went out after work that day.
We were talking about normal things until when I was driving her home, when I asked if it was because of low-self esteem she got embarrassed so much, and she didn't reply, but i could tell from her eyes it was.
She started to cry soI held her hand, and then she asked if i cared, and i said I did, but then she said i couldn't, because nobody cared about her. I asked her what she mant by that, but she refused to talk after that.
Since then, she hasn't spoken to me a lot, but she's kept up the staring and one of my friends at work have said that his wife used to give him that look and she had since told him she was longing for him.
I can see us together, I can see myself falling for her, and I'd like to be with her, but since I have been divorced, my confidence has gone right down, and I don't want to ask her incase I make a fool out of myself.
I just want to know if you think that she feels the same way, and if you think she does, how would i get her to open up to me, and tell me what she meant by the comment she made, and then, after that, how I could possibly get into a relationship with her?
