how do i....?

I recently wrote to you, asking if you thought the new boy in my class liked me - and you said he did.

i'm pretty sure this was cinfirmed today at school, as he threw a folded up piece of paper on my desk, and i read it and it said on it, quote ' nice trainers, nice haistyle, nice face, nice glasses, nice fingernails, nice is everything, i want to be a friend, thanks'.

do you think he only meant friend, or do you think the slight language barrier (he is nigerian) had something to do with it?

and if i was interested in him, how would i go about letting him know? i'm extremely shy, and we only have two classes together - both in which we sit at complete opposite sides of the room.

i've smiled at him a few times, and he just looks at me. what is your advice, bearing mind i'm incredibly shy and there are vry few opportunities for anything at all?

Write him a note and give it to him.

In the note give him your phone number, and computer/internet contacts and ask him to contact you.

Since you are so shy you will do better communicating with him that way. After a while, you will feel less shy about talking face-to-face.
