okay heres the thing i have been going out with this girl for 1 year and 4 and a half mounths. we were doing good no signs of breaking up at all. then just last monday she breaks up with me in a letter for no reason. she said that she needs a break and its not to be with someone eles. well she does go and find someone eles. i asked if there were hope of me and her getting back together? she said maybe latter. well just sunday she said no she was going out with her ex hes a bad influence on her, he does drugs and all. i really love this girl... and i really want her back but every time i ask she said shes not ready now shes saying that we need to just forget each other..:( i cant forget her shes all i think about she was my first real kiss and, i love every thing about her her looks personality, EVERYTHING i just dont know what to do i really love her... i just need advice.

It's only been a week.
Give her a while to sort her feelings out. Be her best friend and don't confront her or beg because that will just push her away.
Call her once a week and talk with her for about 15 minutes. Ask her how she is doing and let her know you still care for her (don't go overboard on this)
Since it's only been a week, she could easily change her mind about you. She probably already has her doubts about whether it was a good idea to let you go.
Let her come to that conclusion herself. You will look good in comparison to her ex once she's been with him a bit.
