Does he like me all he does is stare?

I know this guy but we never talk I know it sounds stupid, since the beginning of my freshman year he has been staring at me all the time. We never talk to eachother Im to scared to even talk to him. So now im a sophmore and he is still staring at me. So now i am very confused, because I like him back I asked all my friends "If a guy is staring at you for more than a year, what does that mean?" They all gave me different answers. So what does it mean?????

He probably likes you and is to shy to say anything.

Give him a note with your computer addresses and ask him to give you his and then you two can talk over the computer which is an easy way for shy people to start a relationship.
