How do I get her back?

Visitor's Question from a 31-40 year old Male
Hi, I'm a 33yr old guy, and my ex is 30. We had been together for 6 years. We have 3yr old, and 6 month old kids together. She lost her job when she was pregnant about 6 mos. ago that she was at for 8 years.I lost my job last month, and I lied to her about it. I told her that I was still working when I wasnt. I lied to her because I didn't want to get yelled at by her. Actually, during that time I was looking for another job. Anyway, She said that it was over because I lied to her. I still live with her and our kids, though I sleep on the sofa. Now, she's always going out at night getting drunk. I have another job now, that I plan to keep. She is also starting her new job this week. I know that love takes time, but this is ripping my heart apart. I can't eat or sleep cause of this. PLEASE HELP ME. How do I get her back?

RomanceClass.com Advice
You have been broken up for a very short time.

Give her a chance to blow off some steam... she probably needs a break after six years of being together. Now that she will be working again, she may return to normal.

Meanwhile help out around the house as much as possible since that will make her feel better about you. Bring her some flowers. Be as romantic as you can without upsetting her. Hopefully this is a temporary thing for her which will be fixed now that you both are working again.

Good luck! George
