so theres this guy at work...he always stares me in the eyes when we talk, teases about marrying me and compliments me on things i hate about myself. We talk a lot and joke around-usually he makes fun of me. I'm pretty sure he likes me...Does it seem like Im right? and how long should I give him to make a move to show hes interested or just give up?

But, why not ask him out for coffee or whatever.
