i have this freind that i have knwon for a long time and i stated to get closer to here and we flirt around and talk romanticly but im not sure if she whants to take the relationship father she hasent given me andy hints if she whant to so im not sure what to do

Kiss her on the cheek.

By now you will know whether she wants to be closer to you.

Do these things step by step and be sure she seems comfortable with what you are trying to do. If she seems to not like something, you can always verify that by asking her whether she felt uncomfortable with .... whatever.
