A guy in my school stares me a lot & I also like him sometimes I think he also like me as he stares me a lot but when, because of my friends, I just want to avoid him he just stare to other girls I know he is just kind flirting but still I like him because we are staring each other since one and a half year LONG TIME soI want to get closer to him WHAT TO DO?????????

Whenever you cross him in the halls or schoolyard, looke him straight in the eyes, say in a clear voice "Hi, [his name]" and give him a big smile.
Do this every time you see him and he will notice you very quickly. After a while start saying "how are you doing?"
Slowly build up a relationship with him. Ask him if he belongs to any school activities and perhaps you could join him or watch him.
Of course, now when he stares at you, you can give him a big smile.
