I like him alot...does he feel the same?

Ok so there is this guy. In the beginning we started talking as just friends.Then I started to like him. So one day when we were talking i told him i liked him more than a friend. And his reply was "really? well we dont really know each other well, but i defenatly want to change that."
And we have talked eve since. But he's at the beach right now, and he keeps saying when he gets back he wants to hang out. So i dont know if he likes me or not...help????

Yes he likes you.

Three things tell you that. First his reply when you told him you liked him more than friends. His reply was positive. Secondly you kept talking which is good. And, thirdly, he says he wants to hang out with you when he gets back from the beach.
