I cheated, but I want him back

Visitor's Question from a 21-30 year old Female
My boyfriend and I have been dating for 9 straight months, and for a year on and off before that.
About two months ago, we started to grow distant due to his new job. He was working 15 hours and day and we were spending one day a week together. He also seemed less interested in me and our relationship.
His cousin told me that he had been using drugs and that he cheated on me. I would later find out this wasn't true, but I was so hurt at the time that I slept with his cousin purely for revenge.
I told him a couple weeks ago and he broke up with me immidiately, but then we kept in contact for a week or so. Things seemed to be going smoothly but out of nowhere he decided he needed space. Since then, he's been going back and forth between needing space and being completely done with me because he 'can't get over it'. I'm so in love with him and I know he's in love with me. I want him back? How long shoudl I wait before I contact him again? I know he is too stubborn to contact me. I refuse to give up on something I know is right.

RomanceClass.com Advice
Ask him if you can call him once a week and talk for 15 mins.

Use this time to remind him you love him (but don't beat him over the head with it.) Also communicate interesting happenings in your life and find out what's happening with him.

After talking with him like this for a while, he may weaken his stance and want to reunite with you.

Good luck! George
