how do i know she's ready

ok, this is a little wierd i'm not gonna lie. but, me and my girlfriend have been together for about for a month now, we have made out and jazz, and i was just wondering, since i want to actually get intimate with her, how do i know when she is ready, i've asked her about it, she said she has done it but i haven't and i think she is the one i want to experience my first time with, my question is, how do i know she wants to and if she is even ready. thanks.
