Should I call him?

k, i've been talking to this boy i met and we talked and everything was better then good. he would call all the time, and i asked him flat out do u wanna be with me and he said yeah i do. so one day i was to go over his house but my family member top me i couldn't go unless she met him, so i called him told him to come over he came and it went exceptionally well and he seemed to be happy and i was happy and he wanted to come back later on that day, but unfortunately we weren't there, but the problem is that ever since that meeting he hasn't called not once and it bothers me, because he put me in a vulnerable state, i would have never asked for him to come over if i knew this was goin to happen, should i call him, because i really want to know whats goin on but i don't know what to say or how to go about it?
