Visitor's Question from a 21-30 year old Female
Hi

I sent u a message asking about your opinion and u replied, thx a lot. Just to remind u, I am in love with my close friend, call him MR X, he is in love with someone else but the lady whom he loved is going to marry another person within 1 month, yes the wedding card is being printed. What I do not like from the lady is that she keeps contacting MR X and I feel that she purposely toying Mr X’.s feeling because she knew how much he loves her. Mr X shared me all his feeling and I really do not know what to do now. I knew he is broken-hearted currently and because we are a very close friend, we used to share about each other feeling well. I pretended to adore another man so that Mr X does not worry about I am falling into him. I am afraid that Mr X is going to avoid me if he knows my real feeling into him. Help me please, I am so in love with him, what should I do? Any hope for me to win his heart? How to tackle this matter? Being a close friend to him, is that what I supposed to do? Should I stop pretending that I fall for another man in front of Mr X ? Mr X is such a nice person, I am so into him now. How long should I wait til he can heal his broken heart and forget the lady whom he loved?

Yes, you should stop pretending to like this other man.

Tell Mr X that you are "developing feelings" for him. But my advice is to wait until the wedding is over before telling him that.

Good luck! George
