Does she now like me?

I have been friends with this girl for about 2 years, but over the last few months she has been acting different around me, getting closer and wanting to see me much more.

When we go out, she is always bumping into me "accidently" When we watch TV I always notice her looking at me for a few seconds then looking back at the TV.

Another thing is she had a go at me the other day becuase I don't see enough of her and that I am always too busy! I would expect this off a girlfriend, but not from a friend.

She has been acting like this for a while, ever since I started loosing a lot of weight and generally looking better. Is she now falling for me? We have talked about having a relationship in the past but she has always said that it would spoil the friendship but then she started acting like she is now. She never used to be as close or flirty, or caring if I saw her or not.
