Thinking about past

Hello, let me start off by saying im a bit jealuos, well everytime im with my boyfriend i cant help but think about his past girlfriends and if he thinks about them, i always imagine him with his exes and it drives me wild i dont know what to do please help i dont want to keep being tormented about the past.
