confused

this guy i use to see but it all got messed up because miscommunication and misunderstandings .. from me turning him down when he asked me out because i was drunk ,...not calling him for two weeks because i was calling a different number when his number was 216 then his name .. which was probably hard for him to belive that was why i wasnt calling because it was his name and i did call him alot and then just didnt for a couple weeks .. but ereally i was justcalling the wrong number .. to me asking him to hang out and him not calling till the next day .. to me asking him to hang out and him goin through all this trouble to get his moms really exspensive car and coming to pick me up and me not being home .. to him asking me to go out for dinner with him and his mom before only me and him were even able to go on a date yet which i thot was alittle werird and wasnt to fond about it but never said it to him but was kinda neghative .. but when i called him to do it he did not pick up i called like 5 times ... no answer .so i decided i am not calling him and he never called me from that day . so then i figured he didnt liek me so i asked him just to atleast be friends he never even answered that so i called him and wouldnt give me a nswer.. to this day it has been about a year he is always saying hey you or hey babe .. on msn and is always trying to talk to me i am confused with weather it could ever work after all that? or if he stilll does likes me? or if hes just messin around? .. or if i messed it all up? im rellly confused and also what i should do ?
