when i gave her the note she said that she really cares about me but she doesnt know what to do with that. then we had a long talk about 1st grade and i renembered i used to like her then too but i forgot cuz i moved. but back then she was just embaressed to be seen with me. so i am wondering is that the reason why now and why shes nice to me or does she really care about me?

Keep talking with her and explaining that your feelings for her are strong. She will probably begin to listen to you after a while.
