Hello, i really need help on how to control my jealous ways. I am very jealous of my boyfriend i dont even let him have female friends because im so jealous im always fighting with him when i see him looking somewhere else i dont want to keep on living this way any suggestions?

Jealousy can easily ruin a relationship... then what was the point of the jealousy?

Not to mention the sick feeling you have during a jealousy episode.

Try fighting against the jealousy. Whenever it rears its ugly head tell it to go away, that your bf loves you. Keep doing this every time you get jealous and eventually the jealousy will give up.
