My wife met someone online

My wife and I have been married almost 5 years, and recently, I saw on her cell phone that she has been texting and getting picuters of this other guy. Some bad pictures and also of him saying he can't wait to experience her. She is going on a vacation for four days, to another state, and she is meeting this guy, so she would know someone there. She says I am making this out more than it really is, and this guy is just a "dork" and I need to stop being jealous. She says she loves me, and will not cheat on me. How can I get those images and words out of my mind. She has never cheated on my before, but I feel she might. How can I get pass the messages? Why do I try to find fault in her?

Talk her out of that vacation.

There is no way that she is just going to head out to visit a "dork." You saw the pictures he sent and what he said. There's not much doubt about what is going on or what's going to happen.

She probably wants you to put your foot down to show you care.
