He Won't talk to me

Visitor's Question from a 16-20 year old Female
There is this guy I like and we met randomly because I know his sister. We moved a little fast and now he wants to be friends. He says he still likes me but he's not really showing it. Everytime i want to talk to him he is either busy or doesnt want to talk. He got new job and i want to show and suprise him but I do not want to seem like im desprite or clinging to him. How do I get closer to him without being a nag or seeming hopeless?

Call from time to time, hang out if he is willing, ask him to go out as friends. You need to get some time alone with him to communicate.
