what to do to see how he feels?

Him and I have been talking for a little longer than 2 years now. We flirted on AIM all the time and thought about being friends with benefits. He would tell me I meant more to him than that and wanted to get to know each other better and maybe pursue a relationship down the road. Well last year whenever we saw each other was spent doing sexual things instead of having real bonding time. In January he got me pregnant and things just haven't been right ever since. I lost my baby a month later so then we both went back to being what we used to. Except we never talk online anymore, he doesn't tell me how much he cares about me, we don't flirt online or anything of the sort. If we see each other its because he calls me and its about once a month. I want to have that relationship he kind of promised me last year. I love him and I want to make things right. What do I do?
