idk if i should ask him out

ok there is this guy who lives only 3 houses away for me and I really really like him and we always hang together. We go to the lake almost everyday together and we play soccer together in his front yard. I just moved here like 3 months ago and that is when I met him. 3 months ago. he is older that me by like 3 years tho. I really like him idk if he like me tho. Should I ask him out?

Be prepared for your parents possible disapproval since he is older.

Know that you cannot have sexual activity until you are of age (which depends on what state you live in).

Other than that, he sounds like a nice boy and you have fun together so you can ask him. Another choice is to just continue hanging out and not consider carrying it on to the next level. That would be ok too.
