isaid some awful things to my ex, that i regret sying and that really hurt her , and i feel so bad. i know someday we will be together again ,i just wanter to relize that

Tell her how much you love her and how sorry you are for what you said.

Everyone makes mistakes and you have to apologize for yours. Tell her you regret saying what you did and that you want to take it back.

You shouldn't be judged by one bad event and ask her to recognize that.
