i've liked this girl since the minute i met her and now we're best friends and i really fell in love with her so i would especially like to go out with this really awsome girl. but i don't think she likes me as someone to go out with, just as a close friend.

how can i tell if sheid be willing to go out with me or not?

Now you start sliding things along in a romantic direction. That is by far the best way to move into it. That way she doesn't panic about "ruining the friendship" - she sees first hand that this is a *good* thing.
