jelousy... im beginning to go crazy if he doesnt stop!

hi again. me and my boyfriend have been dating for almost 10 months now but im about to go crazy. hes VERY JELOUS!!! the other day we went out to dinner and at the table next to us there were these guys.i thought to myself that if i even looked over there my boyfriend would throw a FIT and i didnt wanna get into anything right there in the resturaunt but as we were sitting down i told him to sit next to the hot guy... truth is i didnt even LOOK at the guy but i was thinking about what gian would do if i looked over there and it just... came out! it was a total accident and btw the guy was really ugly... no offence to him... but he got in a RAGE and we almost ended up broken up... it couldnt have possibly gotten any worse... he must ask me 10 times a day if hes the only one... he IS THE ONLY ONE... i cant take it anymore... how can i approach him without these rages... i cant fight it anymore! also some advice to me would be i just have to watch wat i say before i say it... but what about him... ugh please help!

From the sounds of it, you can't fix this problem yourself.
He needs to get some professional counseling and it is important that he do it soon. Jealousy doesn't magically disappear. It takes very hard work and with someone who knows what they are doing. That is why I suggest counseling.
Meanwhile make sure he understand in no uncertain terms that you will no longer tolerate his jealous behavior. That you will walk away from him if he acts that way.
